Hello Monday and a Beautiful Giveaway!!!

I am delighted today as I am hosting my first Giveaway for my readers all around the world :-) Even if I say so myself...I do believe that this Giveaway is simply fabulous :-)

The talented lady who designed this piece is Joanna. She is based in Australia and runs a customized jewelry store on Etsy. I have bought an earring and a necklace from her and they both are stunning. I asked Joanna to tell me a little bit about herself and her designs. This is what she had to say "I have loved jewelry since I was young. My first gift from my parents was a beautiful handcrafted custom made necklace, which I loved. It led to a lifelong obsession for designing jewelry. I love the idea of creating something that is intimate and personal. Jewelry is a romantic piece of art. As a gift, it symbolizes two spirits connected, whether it be friends, sisters, families, or lovers. It is a sentimental piece and when the person wears it, they always think about the person who gave it to them". Joanna's description of her art is just as beautiful as her work......



This long peach earring features a peach chalcedony faceted briolette, champagne fresh water pearl and faceted garnet, all hand wrapped with gold wire, dangling in a long 16kt gold plated hypoallergenic kidney wire. The earring measures about 50 mm or 2 inches long.

3. Announce this giveaway on your blog if you like and let me know in another comment. If you don't have a blog, please leave your email address in your comment.

This Giveaway is open to everyone!! I shall pick the winner on Sunday Aug 15th. Joanna will then ship the lucky winner the earrings from Australia!
