A Victorian Townhouse : Period Living

I feel like a kid who has found something exciting when I stumble upon homes that catch my eye :) I am always eager to share these finds with my lovely readers.!! This Victorian Townhouse is one such find. Maybe I am drawn to the Indian inspired decor and its antique filled interiors but I certainly love it :)

Featured in Period Living Magazine UK this home has a beautiful collection of reclaimed and vintage furniture and interesting artifacts. The home certainly makes a statement with its fusion of colours, textiles, antiques and creativity.

Fabulous Finds at Pottery Barn

Pottery Barn dazzles me yet again :) This week's Fabulous Finds at MDC features the stunning Suzani pillows, floor cushions and poufs at Pottery Barn!! Fall does not seems too far away and these would be perfect to welcome the new season  :)
Stunning and pretty expensive......but they really are something :) By the way, the pillows and poufs seem to be on a bit of a sale at the moment :)

A Summer Soiree

If I could throw a last summer soiree before fall sets in........this would how I would imagine it :) Everything looks so beautiful......

My son has a birthday this month. Imagine, if I could make this my inspiration for the party :) Ha!!! There is no way he would settle for this!! It has to be a Cars 2 theme and I am running out of time to plan it. I guess I better stop day dreaming and get on with it :)

Bright, bold, quirky, beautiful and filled with drama and style is how I would describe Lucy Fenton's home. Lucy is the owner of fenton&fenton, a unique store in Australia. The store carries an eclectic collection of home wares & lifestyle products.

I recently spotted her home in HomeLife Australia. While browsing through the store is an absolute pleasure, it is nice to take a peak inside the world of this very creative lady. I quote from the website "the range at fenton&fenton reflects Lucy’s bold and adventurous spirit, her love of colour and expresses a style that dares to mix and match objects, origins and eras".

I think it is easy to see that spirit reflected in her home as well :)
