My Home and My Haven

Hello there!! Are you all set for the new week? I am not :) However, I plan to shake off the Monday blues soon. For now, I am enjoying my Sunday evening at home. It is always nice to spend one quiet day at home with everyone in my family around me. The other days it feels like we are all running around in circles!! Do you feel the same way?  After a crazy week or a crazy day it is so nice to relax at home and do nothing!

The people in my house is what makes it my home and my haven :) Here's wishing you a wonderful week. I will be back shortly with an inspiring idea for the festive season. I will share a simple DIY from an MDC reader and friend. I guarantee that it will make you smile :)

The Weekend Beckons....

It is Friday evening in my neck of the woods. I am ready to crawl into bed for the entire weekend! There are weekends when you really don't want to do anything! This image is one of those feel good photos and my idea of how I want to spend the next two days.....

Hello November

Wow! I am in shock that it is actually November. Winter comes knocking and in my part of the world, it is going to be a long one :) This year has whizzed past me and the last two months of the year is going to be extremely busy as well. My daughter's birthday is next week and November is all about Diwali and Thanksgiving in my home. It is going to be an exciting time!

Do you like winter? Are you gearing up for all the festivities? I plan to share some new ideas and posts very soon. I want my readers to come together with me to share ideas, pictures and holiday inspiration right here at MDC.
