The Oregon Coast

I read somewhere that we must embark on adventures to know where we truly belong! I for one, am happiest travelling and seeing the world through my camera lens :) We make a good team! My husband and my two little kids. The kids sit for hours in the car while we go on long road trips. I do believe that they are growing up sharing this passion with us :)

A Suzani and A Motorbike :)

I spotted this apartment while browsing my favorite magazine Nuevo Estillo. A pretty Suzani throw and a motorbike in the same space! That would catch my attention and of many others I am sure :) This very chic apartment is located in Madrid. A rehabilitation project that aims to create a balance between history and modernity!

Textura Interiors is a company based out of Barcelona, Spain. I really like the images from their catalogue.  The warm tones, the twinkling lights, give a feeling of warmth and comfort that I am craving today :)

It is a cold day today  I wish the holidays were not ending. Everybody gets back to work and school tomorrow and I am suffering from holiday blues (: I would love to relax at home a wee bit longer, but I guess it is time to get back to the grind!

Happy New Year and My Dream Canvas

My Dream Canvas is an integral part of me. I cannot believe that I am now entering my fourth year of blogging :) You all have made it so special and I want to thank each and every one of you. You make me smile a wee bit more :) For all of you who stop by My Dream Canvas, I hope you continue to do so. This is my happy place. I have a simple plan for MDC. I want you to come here and smile, unwind a little ,and share my passion for design, decor, and travel. Life can get complicated and we all need a place to escape:) So please do continue to drop by and remember to smile a little when you do :)

We ended 2012 with a family road trip. I love such trips and the memories of the happy times  will linger in my mind forever! We spent New Year's eve with close friends. I feel so blessed to have them in my life!
