I am a big fan of antique stores. The things you find at such stores may not always be in impeccable condition but that's fine by me :) I found this amber colored mid century lamp at an antique store close to home. The wiring needs a bit of work and there is a tiny scratch on the glass. However, I am not one to be disheartened easily:) The wiring is now in place and the scratch is hardly noticeable!
These pre-loved treasures can be pretty inexpensive if you know where to look! Sometimes you can get incredibly lucky and find something really striking. I was fortunate enough to find a pair of these lamps.....Yay!! They have now settled in beautifully into my home :) This is just a quick phone picture of the lamp, I will share more pictures later.
