I have to admit that I did not actually stay at this gorgeous property when I was in Capri. However, my love affair with the Amalfi coast and the isle of Capri began eight years ago when I spent two weeks in Italy. I was mesmerised and it was love at first sight. These gorgeous images from Hotel Caesar Augustus perched 1000 feet above the sea, embodies the beauty and romance of Capri. The views from this hotel are amongst the best in Europe. I love the hotel's stunning interior. Don't you agree?
My husband and I spent a day in Capri. We took took the hydrofoil from Sorrento and the boat ride was amazing. The turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, the cobbled streets, the quaint shops and cafes .....there was magic in the air.
We missed seeing the blue grotto because of the high tide. I know that I have to go back :-) Our friendly taxi driver chatted incessantly about Sophia Loren and her trips there. He was beaming with pride when he showed us a picture of them together:-) I have so many lovely memories from this trip. Sigh!! Join me and enjoy these magnificent views. Capri beckons..........

The view from the hotel is so gorgeous and stunning. The isle of Capri is an incredible and romantic place to visit. The sightseeing and locations are fabulous and breathtaking.
