Suzani and My Living Room

I just realised that the color palette in my living appears to be perfect for welcoming Fall. This has been quite unintentional though :) It struck me more this morning. I noticed that red, brown and orange seem to be popping up everywhere :) I think the main reason for it is my Suzani chair. I bought this chair last month. The chair now dominates my living room. I have had to move a few things around to accommodate the chair. I did not want this room to look  cluttered.  While a space filled with tonnes of stuff, knick knacks etc and varied  patterns look fabulous in magazines I personally have a hard time living with it :)

I get excited about something one day......place everything where I want it. The very next day, I find the room looking too busy and I begin changing it all over again. Does that happen to you?

I am not a happy gal today!! My parents have left for the UK after two and a half months. The day seems to be dragging and I am missing them a lot. I know I shall feel better in a few days............but for now (-:
