Summer Inspiration : Outdoor Living

We are going through a heat wave in my neck of the woods! Summer has come early with temperatures soaring beyond 80 degrees. That s a big deal in my part of the world :) Its time to head outdoors but alas my backyard is a complete mess!! It requires a lot of love and care. So for now I am ogling at this stunning porch featured in Nuevo Estillo. 

The splash of yellow and blue makes me sing a happy tune :)

Summer at My Dream Canvas

I saw this first image and sighed!! Surely, dreams are made of these! At least in my opinion :) I would love to go on a long journey by train and if its in style then why not :) A train journey filled with lazy days, books and the pretty countryside passing by my window! I don't really have a destination in mind, the journey itself sounds so exciting :)

Summer Inspiration

This evening as I stepped out of my house, the sun felt mellow and there seemed to be a hint of Fall in the air!! I love Fall......but I cannot help but feel a wee bit sad as my summer seems to be fading away!! My parents will leave in a few weeks. The kids will go back to school and I shall be back to my lonesome self (:

It has been a glorious summer and I can't help but reminisce!!!! However, I  would like to believe that there will be a few more sunny days before the rains set in for good :) I plan to celebrate the end of summer with a few more parties and picnics in my yard with my chairs and garden tables.

While I should be getting ready to say goodbye to my summer these images make me want to cling to it forever :)
