Butterfly blues!!!

I have a few more pictures to share of my new nook:-) I recently bought four of these blue kettles to give to my son's teachers. I love the cute butterfly motif and the lovely shape. I now need to go pick one more, as one of them stays home with me:-) My parents picture, a pretty teapot, my favorite magazines and some flowers.....I am one happy blogger:-) My entry is a bit late for Colours Dekor's fabulous August table top. Patty...hope you can forgive me!! Better late than never right :-)

Blogging from the Kitchen:-)

Blog from the kitchen..yes I do!! Well, actually its the breakfast nook right next to the kitchen. I do have a study upstairs but I never actually sit there. The reason: my little girl has hit the terrible two's a wee bit early:-) Papers, pens, magazines fascinate her. Since I have a lot of her toys downstairs, I decided it was time to create a mini study for myself. This way I get to do my work, and she is right by me and away from temptation:-)

I really like it here. My little table overlooks the green belt in my backyard. I love blogging and gazing at the tall green trees. In fall, the view is gorgeous. Till the time the leaves start falling.......then I crib endlessly about it, as it totally messes up my yard.

The space is small, the chair mismatched, and yet its my haven where I let my thoughts go.....
