A Friday Morning
Its Friday and my morning was quiet for a change. One kid in school and the other slept in till quite late. Its a cloudy day today, and after numerous sunny days, I really don't mind it :-) More than often, I feature my formal living room on my blog. However, today is different :-) My family room is for my eyes only as its normally a mess!! Toys scattered everyone, a few spills here and there, maybe even a crayon mark on the wall:-) However, its the most important room in my house. Its far from perfect and yet we love it!
We recently bought new couches. I gave in to my husbands desire to get something sturdy and practical. So we now have leather couches with recliners! I had to add a dash of color to it so I went shopping. I found this turquoise throw and I am so in love with the color and the design. I am sitting here with my cup of tea and enjoying the brief solitude before it gets busy again....
